Alliance Side Only.Minimum Level Requirement: 28
There is no pre-requisite you just have to go find the Grave.
The co-ords are (17,29).
Once you find the grave you will go to speak with Sirra Von'Indi.
Sirra is located at Darkshire in the Town Hall.

The grave is not in the graveyard, btw. It is just north of Morbent Fel's house- just a small dirt mound with a sword sticking out of the ground.Comment by Thottbot

Before you can speek to Sirra, you have to go to the grave at 17,29 (Coords for cosmos). Read the grave. Then go back to Darkshire en talk to Sirra.Description
The weathered grave marker reads simply:MORGAN LADIMORE
<Upon further examination, you notice that dirt over the grave has been recently disturbed, and that a good amount of the dirt seems to have been displaced...>
